The MT 11S Foldover Flat Plate Mount for the Model 40A-HP and 75A with the short post is made as a support for the Small MT 1 mount, it's designed to be used on the bedrail of a truck in a manner that would allow you to lay the antenna down. This mount is also 304 stainless steel.
